Website Onboarding Access

Giving us secure access is an important part of our onboarding process. For most accounts, there are 2 options for access:

1. Add us as an account user.
2. Provide us with your login credentials.

The following prompts will help you through each access we need. Please note that some of the account’s access may not apply to your project.

We will need admin privileges to the WordPress site. This can be completed by one of two methods.

Input your login credentials and allow us to set up a new user for you.

WordPress Access Method

We will need access to your website host. This can be completed by one of two methods.

Please note that if you have a different host the steps for account delegation may vary.

Hosting Access Method

This can be completed by one of two methods.

Input your login credentials and allow us to set up a new user for you. This will be your Google email credentials.

Note that most Google accounts will require 2 Factor Authentication; this means we will need to call you to complete logging in.

This can be completed by one of two methods.
